Chocolate soup! At least that's what it looks like. I had Chocolate Oikos mixed with some raspberry jam and Better'n pb. When I concocted this in my head it was delish but in reality it was just OK.
A turkey sandwich made with cracked pepper turkey, pickles, and real mayo. Sometimes you just need the real stuff! I also had Kettle baked bbq chips, another pickle, and pear sauce. FAN-TASTIC lunch. Such a happy belly.
Sunday 4/18 - Less is more 30 minute cardio workout and Abjam
Monday 4/19 - 10 minutes of Turbosculpt turned into a reluctant rest day because of the pain in my chest!
Tuesday 4/20 - Cardio party
Wednesday 4/21 - 10lb slim down total body blast (mix of light weights and cardio) and 20 minute cardio workout
Thursday 4/22 - Turbosculpt
Friday 4/23 - 20 minute cardio workout and Abjam
Saturday 4/24 - Cardio party
Sunday 4/25 - Turbosculpt and 10lb slim down total body blast.
