Of the day is breakfast. And yet you won't see it in this post! But that doesn't mean I didn't have it... it's just that now that I bring my breakfast to work I completely forget to take pictures! So let me fill you in. On Tuesday I had strawberry banana yogurt with some grapes mixed in (barely taste the banana in this yogurt) and today I had peaches and cream oatmeal. I bought a variety box of oatmeal with all different fruit n' cream flavors and I am really impressed so far!
Okay now for pictures.
A thin with cracked pepper turkey, baby spinach, and horseradish hummus. Perfection! I also had broccoli with salsa con queso for dipping, and a 100 calorie pack of chocolate pretzels. Pretty much everything about this meal was Great. Got my salts, sweets, and veggies, all I needed was a fruit. I see a repeat meal in the near future!
Tuesday night I had a lovely surprise.
What's better than coming home to a giant box of Food Should Taste Good chips?!?!? Veronica from FSTG sent me the flavors of chips that I can't find in stores near me. She sent Buffalo, Cheddar, Potato and Chive, Blue Corn, Cinnamon, and Chocolate. I think that's all of them. I'll admit it, I already opened three bags. Ok, maybe four. Reviews to come soon!
Dinner was eggplant spread, baby spinach, and melted mozzarella on a thin.
On the side I had FSTG cinnamon chips, and you can also see some almond butter hiding in the corner of that pic. My sandwich was delicious! But the spinach would have been better sauteed :) The cinnamon chips were good, not great. The cinnamon flavor was a bit too mild for me. I think I'll stick to my sweet potato and almond butter combo. Shouldn't have messed with a good thing!
Today's lunch was the amazing Naturally More and apple butter combo.
Are you tired of me raving about this sandwich yet? I also had broccoli and cracked pepper hummus and a sliced gala apple. Very satisfied :)
