Last night's dinner was simple.
An everything bagel thin with the last of my cracked pepper turkey, topped with sliced pickle and mayo, with some barbecue popchips and 100 calorie pack of chocolate pretzels on the side. To make up for the veggies this meal was missing I dove into an amazing stir fry that Bryan put together the night before. I picked out pretty much all the vegetables. SO DELICIOUS! Thanks Bryan :)
Skipped a breakfast pic, again. Sorry! I had banana yogurt and Honey Bunches of Oats mixed in. I liked the change of yogurt flavor but I think I prefer the vanilla/cereal combo.
Lunch was an everything bagel thin with salmon cream cheese and sliced tomato.
I had cauliflower on the side with some parmesan cheese and pepper for a little extra flavor. Such a big fan of this salmon cream cheese. I kind of bought it reluctantly because I haven't been able to find my beloved spinach and artichoke cream cheese, but it's turned out to be a great choice! Oh, there's also pudding in this pic, but I wasn't in the mood!
The pizza quesadilla was the greatest find because I crave pizza A LOT. Like tonight! I had the rest of the cauliflower on the side. Fantastic :)
Dessert was a Kashi dark chocolate coconut fruit & grain bar.
