Waking up with almond butter and jam.
Lunching on a summer salad.
Spinach, sausage, tomatoes.
Dark chocolate oatmeal.
For my sugar fix.
Light dinner.
Cheddar chips, turkey, tomatoes.
Then
Cereal applesauce, and Crystal Light.
After dinner walk for fro-yo.
Asking for a small and getting a medium. Proud because you only ate half :)
Long weekends are glorious.

i agree - long weekends = THE BEST.
ReplyDeletewow i have never seen grapes & ab together. But it sounds great so I will be sure to try that out asap!
