A Midday Post?

Yes! I found internet in the parking lot at work so I can finally post during the day! Nothing cooler than sitting in your car and blogging during your break :)

I skipped blogging last night so that this post would be chock full of eats.

Thursday's breakfast was apple butter oats.Confession..this isn't the actual picture but I swear it looked just like this. And it was delicious, as always!

Lunch was a great variety of things.
I had leftover kung pao veggies with a sprinkling of parmesan. The mix of spicy and cheesy was amazing! My sides were FSTG sweet potato chips, a Kashi strawberry bar (this flavor hasn't really grown on me yet) and a mini apple. Loved this lunch. The best part is it really filled me up!

I had pb&j for dinner.
I used Naturally More and Crofter's Asia fruit spread. I missed the apple butter combo but this was pretty good too. Made me love Naturally More even...more. I also had cucumbers with horseradish hummus (going to be SO sad when it's all gone) and southwestern baked chips. Yum!

Today's breakfast was a deep chocolate Vitatop and some frozen green grapes.
Oh Vitatops, how I love you and your chocolately goodness. Great way to start my day.

Lunch...
Bryan took some way more artsy pictures this morning but I couldn't decide which one to go with so I went with something pretty regular. This is a whole-wheat wrap with lettuce, red onion, cucumbers, feta, and TJ's tzatziki sauce. Wow. This gives Pita Pit a run for it's money. Seriously can not wait to eat this wrap again! I also had some TJ's jalapeno cheese crunchies and a 100 calorie pack of cinnamon thins. Really good lunch but wished I had duplicates of everything. I am far from full!

  5. Mmm I loooove Chocolate Vita Tops! I eat them for dessert sometimes with yogurt and PB and CO.'s Dark Chocolate Dreams, SO GOOD!!
I used to eat those Kashi bars all of the time! My favorite is the blackberry flavor :)
And in response to your comment, carrot fries are super easy! Just peel and cut up a carrot into matchstick size slices (slightly smaller than say a french fry), spread on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray, season with salt and garlic powder and cook at 400 for 20-30 minutes. Of course you can change up the seasoning but I just loooove that combo, it's way better than it sounds trust me lol Enjoy!
    Have a great weekend!
