Just a few bites...

I don't have too much to share with you, but I'm heading home tomorrow so I won't be able to blog until Friday at the earliest, and I didn't want to neglect my blog for that long!!

Shame on me, I forgot to take a pic of breakfast. AGAIN. Boo!! I had a cocopop ricecake with honey peanut butter and a side of frozen grapes. This surprisingly kept me full until lunchtime!

Lunch was a veggie burger.
Well, a Morningstar Farms black bean burger to be exact. I had it on a wheat thin topped with pickles, red onion, ketchup, and sriracha. SO TASTY! I skipped out on sides because I was meeting Bryan for frozen yogurt later.

We met for YOGEN FRUZ, of course. Mine was chocolate yogurt mixed with banana, and topped with blueberries and strawberries.
Deliciousness. Bryan got chocolate mixed with raspberries and blackberries and topped with strawberries. A berry bonanza! His was amazing too. Can't believe I didn't think of the chocolate/raspberry combo...I LOVE those flavors together. Definitely getting that next time we go!

Dinner.
Kung pao veggies and a side of FSTG cheddar chips. The perfect combination of spicy and salty. Yum!!! Can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow.

To satisfy my sweet tooth I had
Sugar-free chocolate pudding an a vanilla Special K bar. Nothing too exciting or healthy about these choices, but together they were DIVINE. Perfect dessert!

  3. How creative! I never though tto combine a special k bar with pudding, but it makes TOTAL sense. The bar is so fluffy and unfilling, but with a richer texture from the chocolate pudding...makes TOTAL sense! Thanks for the inspiration!!

I'm a huge fan of Yogen Fruz!! Sadly it takes some special effort to get from where i live to a fruz store in Chicacgo. :P
